This place is awful and still give me nightmares, years ago my partner and I went in to have a massage, the lady that massage my neck did a awful job... She wore a I phone watch and didn't take it off, she use a black cloth behind her hand and she pressed so hard on my neck and back that she rip my new jumper.. and hurt my neck... Very unprofessional and still angry after all these years. I want this place to close down so this women doesn't hurt anymore people, my partner in the other hand got a reasonable massage. He did see the torn on my jumper.. I was disappointed in the place... Don't waste your money for this place avoid at all cost and I knew straight away it was this place because it is located upstairs between Myers and the food court. Please don't support these kind of stores, they are money hungry and unprofessional and give you nightmares. I am still upset after all these years. I came back to write further complaints. Also the women knew what she did and didn't even apologise and ran away, I told reception desk what had happened and still not happy... I know she did it on purpose and still haunt me to this day please avoid these kind of places at all cost and spend your money elsewhere like a massage chair only $2.00 it is fun to use and does work... also I had noticed that there are increasing amount of massages at Westfield Marion which I think is way too many. I will never touch one again after what happened to me and deeply concerned and I believe they need to be all close down and advice people to spend your money elsewhere and look out for your own safety too. Please be careful at Westfield Marion when choosing stores for something. I never felt quite feel the same when entering at Westfield Marion and always look out for my own safety and lastly still have flash back of this massage place that gave me nightmares. Please avoid

I have been a regular client at this massage parlor, but today, August 8th, from 5 to 6 PM, I experienced the worst full-body massage of my life. In fact, it wasn't even a massage but some type of acupressure. Thank you to the young, short woman for her blatant unprofessionalism and for my wasted $95.

Terrible massage today - asked for a 35 minute back shoulders and neck. The lady massaged 3 single spots on my back with 15 minutes of the massages being in one single spot on my left shoulder. I looked at my watch and eventually had to ask her to please massage somewhere else on my body. She then continued to massage one single spot in my lower back and one single spot on my neck. I mean not even moving from the one direct contact point. Horrible and can barely move my neck now

My husband came today and is feeling very bad after your horrible massage. He's with serious medical problems and he's feeling worst after this "experience". If you want to practice, at least let the people know about it. It was a birthday present, thank you so much 😡

Absolutely brilliant, fantastic, and more. This has become my favourite store I love the walk in appointments, excellent location, I always look forward to coming here again and again and am already planning my next session. I always feel dissappointed when the session is over and have to refrain myself from booking more until next time. I never want to leave. I love the gift cards where after so many appointments we get a discount or free offer. I love the feeling after the session of not feeling too relaxed or groggy or tired. I always feel energised afterwards and much clear headed. The prices are brilliant for what we get and we have to remember we dont have to book the appointments. Not once have they turned around to me and said "no" including hot stone massages. Some book in appointments in other places can take nearly a week and other places i find have charged that little bit extra too. There is no messing around. I have found other places to be alot more slower and relaxing making me feel tired afterwards where i have sometimes needed a nap afterwards and have felt no effects afterwards either. Other places spend alot of time using oils and deep breathing excercises to get us to relax and i noticed too other places have started slowly working their way into the massge and then going deeper as time goes on. There is no messing around. The staff at ta's know what to do and where, i am never left waiting and they start work as soon as i have told them what massage i would like. I have always felt safe and comfortable with all staff membersa nd i trust them all. Sometimes after i leave i feel like i am floating on air. I love the feeling how sometimes later on in the day or after the massage even hours later i get a beautiful rush of relaxing energy that flows through my body as if i have just had the massage all over again. My back pain i completely forgot about. Until i stopped going and since going back i have been sleeping better, working harder, i am thinking more clearly, im more energised, and i havebhad less trouble getting through very hard tasks because i know i can come here for a reward. Ill definately be back next week and i cant wait. Thanks so much guys.
