Found the reception staff to be rude and/or unprofessional. When booking over the phone the lady was pretty unfriendly and rude. Then, today when going to the counter the pay for my appointment the receptionist was on a personal phone call. I waited for about a minute whilst she talked about food in a container and dropping something off on her way home. I was the only other patient in the clinic so I felt very uncomfortable and unseen. My GP however was pleasant and thorough.

How this place is a medical centre I will never know. Dr Baek is the rudest doctor I have ever met where I went in for a standard consultation and he has not said a single word. He needed to fill out a form for me and requested my drivers licence and my medicare as the name on the system did not match for some reason. I’ve asked are you done with these and he just flicked his hand to put them away without saying anything. He filled out the form without listening to me properly and I said you have missed a lot of information I’ve told you and he goes why didnt you say anything. This guy really need to learn some manners before taking any patients. Patients in these areas are elderly. I really hope he’s not treating them like he treated me today.

Doctor Mario baek is the worst, rudest and incompetent doctor I have ever seen! He barely have addressed a word to me during my 15months old daughter consultation except a couple of rude comments. He kept looking at my daughter who was very sick in a disgusted manner . And to top it off, he gave me scripts for antibiotics without even telling me what she had, I had to go to another doctor the day after who told me that she shouldn’t take antibiotics! So not even rude but completely incompetent! I felt terrible after the consultation. I’m sure the medical center has good doctors but please avoid Mario !

I work across from this medial centre. Today I had a scare and went across to seek medical attention. The team at the front desk were helpful. I was directed to the waiting bay at the nurses area. The nurse was on lunch and little did she know I could hear everything sigh and huff that was made when the helpful young lady from the front desk told her I was waiting to be seen. I understand she was on lunch which she is entitled to, but to then say "is she dying" is absolutely disgusting. Once hearing this I got up and left. I will never be recommending this medical centre to anyone for any reason. Luckily what I was experiencing was temporary and I am ok for now.

Mario Baek is the most unprofessional, rudest doctor I have ever seen. I will probably never attend this clinic again because of how mistreated I was. Refused to examine me and asked the admin to cancel my appointment, redirecting me to the hospital without even seeing me. I had a swollen eye and this was a follow-up appointment. Apparentley, he was furious that I had to cancel my morning appointment which was due to getting called in for a work emergency and said I can't give you time, you booked and cancelled.
Very an unempathetic.
Staff and admin where friendly and tried to help.

Sorry to see that others have had the same bad treatment as me by Mario Baek but glad that it’s not all in my head. Saw him about a year ago and swore never again but today I needed one of their last minute appt and forgot to double check that it wasn’t with him. Doesn’t say hello, in fact doesn’t ask you anything at all. Just silence until you start talking. Then he starts writing out scripts and hands them over without a diagnosis or full and proper explanation of what he is giving me. When I asked specifics he looked annoyed at me and used a tone that made me feel stupid. Terrible bedside manner.

Reception staff were lovely.

By far the best was Dr. McGrath, very accommodating and always put me on the right track with no issues... Old fashioned service and good bedside manner. On the polar end of the scale from my experience with Mario, he is pretty distant and somewhat automaton... No wonder his name sits on the bottom of the list outside.

Took my 12 year old son to see Dr Sukesh Bansal for a referral at this medical centre. As I didn’t know where to take my son for the specialist appointment, I asked Bansal for his recommendations, his response was, “Ok, let me be your secretary and research this for you then”. Totally unprofessional and lacking compassion. Do not visit this medical centre to see Bansal.
