We’ve been seeing Dr Nadia since 2021-2022 when she was in Toowoomba and was disappointed they our family had to move to Brisbane and I had explained that we were moving to Brisbane she said she was as well and what do you know it’ was right up the road from us . We now drive about 20-30mins to see Nadia now as we have moved to a different area but it’s worth it. We’ve seen a different doctor at a different practice and never again as you weren’t heard at all and said I had something when in fact I did not (I ended up seeing Nadia when she was first available next) and she knew that wasn’t what I had.

Dr Nadia Sugiarto is the best doctor we have dealt with as she listens and you can tell she genuinely cares, there may be days where she is running behind but that doesn’t bother us as you know she cares and will listen and make you feel heard and wanted and make you laugh

Been seeing her since 2021 and Will continue seeing her for everyone in our family, have recommended brother in law to the clinic as well

Visited Dr Moore on my first visit, very thorough and friendly..Visited Dr Ellul on my second visit, also thorough, kind and understanding. Reception staff were lovely.

Not impressed by Dr Chloe Hang who does skin checks. Initial consultation was fine however on my return for removal of a questionable mole, she removed it and ultimately hacked away at my chest causing infection and its going to leave a nasty scar.
I felt she just did it for her removal quota for the week. She told me it wouldn't leave a scar but the cut is so unnecessarily large and now Infected, it will definitely scar. Test results came back that it was nothing concerning so it was all for nothing really. Not impressed and will not return and will deter anyone to go to her.

Allegations directed towards a patient without showing proof is disgusting. Especially low when such allegations are character degrading and morally wrong in substance. Doctors and nurses are exceptional, however, other staff leave a lot to be desired.

My wife and I have been patients of this Clinic for more than 10 years under excellent care of Dr Salma, Dr Chloe and Dr Michelle who have since left. We’re now under Dr Pey who is also excellent and very thorough with her medical consultations and pleasant to talk to. The receptionists (some have left) and Betty the Manager are also pleasant and friendly and know us by names. Although the doctors and staff may have changed, we are happy with the Clinic and the location is also excellent.

Absolutely APPALLING treatment by the practice manager, 'Betty'. All other staff are so good at patient care and are professional and do not harass patients. She tried to charge a cancellation fee on the phone despite the website not stating a cancellation time frame. She then 'put me on hold to deal with a patient', but actually went on the website and changed it to reflect a 4 hour period that she told me on the phone (not stipulated anywhere else). She then got combative on the phone and talked over me to hang up the phone. She kept repeating that she was the practice manager like this meant she could continue to conduct her business in a misleading fashion.

Betty, you've missed also updating the app - we are still able to make appointments with no set out terms or conditions pertaining to your made up 4 hour cancellation. I've taken screenshots so you're a bit late.

I will be taking this to the QLD fair trading office as it is disgusting behaviour for a health clinic. All this just to book my baby in for his vaccines while being sick. This is not the way to treat people, let alone a baby.

DON'T GO HERE. There are some great doctors but an extremely rude, combative practice manager who is not conducting her business in good faith.

Extremely rude receptionists here are driving customers away. I feel only a matter of time they lose their job.
I made an appointment with a doctor recently and they rang 2 hours before to cancel. I rebooked and on the way I got caught in gridlock traffic due to an accident so I rang ahead to let them know I wasn’t going to make it in time.Receptionist abruptly said I would be charged a $60 cancellation fee. I said I would not pay that and before I had a chance to explain further she hung up on me. Bi*#%!

Dr Nadia Sugiarto is an amazing GP. She is so caring, so knowledgeable and never makes you feel as though you are wasting her time. She is also a lovely person and you often hear her sharing a laugh with her patients. Sometimes she is running a bit late but this never bothers me because I know she takes her time with each patient and is so thorough. Personally, I'd rather have this and wait a bit longer than someone who is on time but doesn't listen to me.
