Dr Robyn Hughes took 40 minutes to do a vaccine. She took advantage of me and my time to get more money. I was charged over $372 for an appointment that should have only taken 10-15 mins. She’s clearly violated her position, keeping me there when there was no need. I have never been in the drs that amount of time for any vaccine or other reasons. I feel it’s not fair they take advantage of vulnerable people. I will be contacting medicare to get this investigated.

Dr Mike Kim is a fantastic doctor who takes the time to listen and to do his job properly unlike a lot of GPs these days. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Kim!

Consultations are too expensive. Even telephone follow-up appointments can be as high as 77 AUD (This charge was never mentioned in advance) just for a call of less than 10 minutes with no relevance.

There are other better alternatives (If you are an international student, your insurance will probably cover a %, but it is still expensive compared to other medical centers).

had an awful experience at this center. they were pretty fast in taking me but also seemed quite careless. they just passed me around and the check up was like 5 mins and then it was all a bunch of money they kept on asking me for. for the consulting, the extra lab tests, but no one mentioned the results.

they said i would get my results via email and kept on waiting and nothing came. when i called the woman on the phone said i could schedule another appointment for the results, which would be 95$ on top of the already 95$ i paid for the first consult, and the 57$ for the lab tests. i refused to see the doctor again since i was told i would just get my results online and didn’t need to pay that extra amount no one had mentioned. then the lady said i could find them online the results, but still had to pay 30$ and that maybe they wouldn’t show up ?

i did that, and it asked me for log in info and passwords NO ONE had informed me about so i had to call once again, awful service. finally i got my results and could access them having paid 30$ on top of what i had been told but at least not the 95$ they were trying to get off me. total scammers. would never recommend

Dr Robyn is a kind person and a thorough doctor in her consultation's,I have been ill and Dr Robyn has helped me with my health and wellness.
Also the reception staff are cheerful as well as professional,there are all types of health services one can find for their longevity & wellness.
The pathology clinicians are fantastic as well.

Dr.Hala: you will wait about an hour, even if you made an appointment earlier for a certain time. Completely disrespectful towards patients and their time. In my opinion, she takes on too many clients and does not have time to serve them all on time. There are no complaints about her personal qualities, she is a kind and sympathetic woman.

Had a telehealth consult. The dr was just shy of an hr late to call.
I was charged $77 plus a surcharge that I was NOT told about in advance.
The dr put a medicare bilking code on the invoice that can only be used for a consult of at least 6 minutes. My consultation went for 46 seconds.
Check that they use the right medicare biller code.

Receptionists and Dr. Michael Kim has done their job very well! I highly recommend ?
Dr. Kim was very informative and thoughtful. No issues with receptionists when booking and rescheduling my appointment.
