I booked in for a Microdermabrasion but the lovely Michelle recommended the Enzyme Peeling for my Skin concerns. I felt so welcomed and Michelle really seemed like she knows what she’s doing which made me feel like I’m in safe hands. I definitely recommend Hur for anyone who’s unsure what they need and the before and after pictures really speak for themselves!

HUR has no idea how much they have improved my self esteem! I struggled with acne majority of my life which was very detrimental to my self esteem and confidence. Michelle, who is one of the therapist there has completely transformed my skin. With having a lot of acne to almost clear skin in 3 sessions is amazing. Michelle is officially my fairy godmother. Michelle was my therapist and went above and beyond. I was recommended here by my brother as I was getting married and wanted to have the best skin I could. Michelle saw me 6 weeks before and prepared my skin and gave me tips for at home care. I came back the day before the wedding and Michelle made a bespoke facial for me to prepare my skin for makeup and photos and achieve the exact results I was wanting. If I could give zero I would. Firstly I want to say the therapists that work there are lovely but they cannot make any decisions without management whom are completley black and white.
I started here approximately 3 years ago and have spent thousands of dollars here. I wanted to reduce my pores and acne scarring. I was explicitly promised by my first therapist that ex amount of sessions of microneedling would completley resurface my skin, making my pores invisible and erradicating any acne scarring. After so many sessions and hundreds and hundreds of dollars later I saw no difference to my skin. I had already purchased and pre paid for another 8 sessions, spending approximately $3000 in advance.
I begun doing further research into treatments that could help with my issues and after consulting with many other practices they agreed that microneedling would not help with my issue and I needed to try laser resurfacing. HUR do not have advanced treatments such as this. I asked for my money back citing that I had been promised results that they could not give me. They were unmoved, uncaring and would not budge.
Now they changed tact and offered me 4 sessions of a glorified facial that promised to do wonderful things, costing approx $300 per session. A quicker way to use up my leftover credit I thought. Still I was promised that this is the best treatment to help with my pores and scarring.
I had my last session last week. An hour and a half treatment, the last of my many thousands spent there thrown down the drain.
My pores and scars have not changed remotely and I am beyond disgusted with this business. Numerous times I was in tears at appointments, explaining my frustration and sadness at spending so much money here and not getting any results.
Management couldn't care less. No one took responsibility for over promising and under delivering. I have wasted 3 years time and thousands of dollars. They promise things they can't achieve to meet targets, there is no transparency or honesty and I am shocked business's like this exist. Appalling!!!!

I love the girls at HUR. They are insightful and know exactly what my ageing skin needs to assist it to remain optimal. I tired the DMK facial for the first time today. It was amazing. My skin feels fuller and looks radiant. Highly recommended this treatment.
