Just had my wisdom teeth out here under general, nursing staff were delightful and compassionate, and quick to enquire on my pain and comfort. I would have treatments here again.

Lovely staff very kind to our family at a very difficult and sad time. With all the horrible things going on around the world it was so comforting to have these very special humans wrap their kind hearts around us.
God bless each one of them
Thank you so much from our hearts.

Nurses and staff were beyond incredible for my 3 year olds dental surgery! Highly recommend and extremely pleased with the level of service we received !

I was admitted for day surgery, filled out all the pre admission forms. Mentioned that I was single, a DVA Gold card member and that a hire car was organised to be my travel ( 57 klm ) there and booked to return.
I came out of the hospital, hire car driver ready to pick me up. Only to be told that i couldnt go home by Taxi or DVA hire car.
I was told i needed a relative or next of kin to pick me up. I live alone, no family and both next of kin are friends.
Since it was day surgery, ( Arthroscopic) no overnight bed stay. I was stuck!
Both friends were busy in work hours....so i finally was able to contact my friend who lived 40 minutes away, no where near where i live. So she had to cancel her plans. Come pick me up, then drive me the 57 klm to my home.
Why are we not told about this? Or like my latest 4 operations at Lingard Private Hospital who supplies a room overnight for safety reasons.
I wonder what would have happened had i not been able to contact a friend...my anxiety was sky high as they new i had PTSD, and the depression, anxiety associated with this.
The nursing staff were lovely however this should be highlighted to all and reiterated prior to going to this hospital.
This isn't meant to be negative more so constructive feedback, hopefully to help others in the future.
Best regards

If I could give 0 stars I would, of all people involved in a surgery the Anaesthetist decides once all prep is done etc that a patient can't get a hire car home to his family due to having sick kids. So sick children have to be dragged out of home on a freezing day to pick him up because someone thinks a hire car driver is not a responsible person. None of this was stated in the initial consult, booking or upon arrival in a hire car. What a joke.

Went in for Septoplasty, nurses, anaesthetist and doctors were all extremely polite, helpful, accommodating and reassuring for the duration of my time. Strongly recommend this hospital.
