Cannot fault the reception staff who are always helpful & the nurses in the practice are very kind and knowledgeable. However, the GP’s tend to miss things & need more instruction than I’m happy to give. Including recently missing a rather serious diagnosis and I ended up in hospital at just 6 weeks post-partum. I often feel like female issues are brushed off as ‘normal’.

Also frustrated to be charged $70 for results phone calls that only go for 2-3 minutes. No wonder people in the area can’t afford to seek help. I’ll be going elsewhere & seeing a new GP moving forward.

Really happy with the doctors there, they always have the time to talk to you if anything is going on, the nurses are amazing with their time. Would really recommend going here, really good with fitting in if there is something wrong and don’t have an appointment. Happy to be a patient at this practice. The reception girls are amazing as well.

Monzurul Alam has no attention to detail, no patient care. Had to point out his mistake on a referral that he copied and pasted from another patient, which had their name and DOB. They want you in and out as quick as possible. Won't be back.

In my opinion this is the best doctors surgery. To me this is like a private hospital. It is veryclean here. This is marvelous everybody here is so friendly and so happy,even though you getanget a needle stick ? It's perfect here. Maria is lovely she is wonderful wonderful lady. She's one of those angels without wings and I mean that sincerely. Everyone here is lovely.

Gaylene Kennedy is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. She is super thorough and actually listens to your concerns and is very comforting. She is very genuine and caring which is hard to find. I highly recommend her and this practice. Reception staff are always super welcoming and friendly.

The reception staff are always incredibly helpful, despite being very busy, they're always happy to take a call and help as much as possible. Dr Maria is amazing, although she is often exceptionally late, her exceptional care is always worth the wait. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care, and always listens to her patients thoroughly.
