From reception to everyone I dealt with in my 2 visits, I have been very impressed with the kindness, patience & professionalism of every single person. Congratulations on such well coordinated teamwork. My test was not easy for me today, but the young man was very considerate & put me at ease. He even sought clarification from John as to the necessity of further testing next week! I will highly recommend them to my GP & anyone with respiratory issues. Can't thank you enough, especially Dr Susan Miles for helping me find a care plan to make my life just that much better!

Staff were very professional and helpful. My appointment was right on time did not have to wait at all. The young man that did my test new exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me as we went along with the lung test.

From my initial phone contact with the front desk, the no-wait time upon arrival, the highly competent technician, and the immediate follow-up report by an in-house specialist, it was a delight to be part of such a leading-edge organization.

I'm particularly impressed with the state-of-the-art technology, up there with the best in the world. I'm proud to see such sophistication and staff with such a high level of qualifications right here in the Hunter. Congratulations.

In addition, it means a lot to have such good access and parking, right at the front door.

Absolutely great experience. Reception staff were able to shuffle my appointment for me no issue. The tests were thoroughly explained and I felt very comfortable with the young man doing the testing. The specialist came in to remedy an issue and was thoroughly professional and able to give me good insight into the process. Would highly recommend to others

Because of heavy traffic I phoned reception to inform I’d be 10 mins late. Staff were understanding and professional and overall a good experience..unfortunately, they did not inform me that I needed a new referral for the visit next week!
