I am so grateful to the team at Hunter Rehab. especially Mark my sports physiologist. Was due to have partial knee replacement, post poned due to covid so I spent 12 months strengthening my knee. I now have no pain and movement is so much better. No replacement for me in the foreseeable future. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Exercise physiology has helped me strengthen so many areas of my body. I could not walk stairs normally, I am pleased to say I CAN NOW. I can walk further without an aid and can now carry a grocery bag in each hand instead of making two trips. May not seem like much to some, but these simple things have improved the quality of my life. Thank you Andrew I will always be grateful

I saw Caitlin about my shoulder which had been sore on and off for years.
She helped with exercises to build up strength and stop the pain. So far hasn't been sore for the first time in years.
Caitlin also gave me safer alternative exercises to do in the gym to stop the pain reoccurring.
She was also lovely, lots of fun and I really enjoyed the appointments. It was a bit of a shame when I no longer needed to go!

Caitlin was very professional and personable. Although I didn’t stay long (due to financial reasons) I felt the balance and strength exercises were helping me and have been trying to follow her advice at home.

I could not be any happier about my experiences at Hunter Rehabilitation and Health and in particular working with Josh to get me back to running again.
Josh is very friendly and we established a good rapport immediately. He worked hard to strengthen my lower body and I am now able to run and perform strength activities once again.
I can highly recommend Josh and the team at HR & H

I did three sessions with Andrew Saville the Exercise Phsiologist when I was having sciatica pain in my right side. The first round of leg bends and body sit up exercises improved the pain. Over the next two sessions or stretching with upper spinal muscles, my and lower back feels stronger and much less pain in the morning. My balance just needs practice as well. Thanks Andrew for the exercises that now become a daily habit.
