Have been receiving much needed support from this lovely group of genuine kind a caring bunch met them all and have had Emma and couple others go into bat and bat hard for me to make it work for me I would be absolutely lost without them, if your wondering if they can help or your hesitate this is your sign to stop and please just call you won't regret it, youl only regret not contacting sooner they are truly a great service and the people there make the service great thankyou ALL love Chez K

Don’t listen. Answer yes/no questions with statements and/or a further question. Don’t listen. Can’t paraphrase. Reception put me through to NDIS person only to be told they’re not NDIS Approved. Had to repeat myself to three different people. Don’t listen.
Absolutely awful first impression. I imagine the service to be terrible as they couldn’t provide me with a service guarantee assurance!
And yes, I know I repeated don’t listen. Because they don’t. Defensive, Impolite and Condescending is what they are.

My contact with Hunter primary care has always been positive and they assist me in every possible way.My Coordinator is supporting on every level.They have altered my life and given me the ability to live in the community for the first time in years.

Was referred to them. After two weeks of not being contacted, phoned the practice and was told "that I they wouldn't be assisting me" among other things I'm not going to put here.

I believe I've been discriminated against as I'm "not the type of client they will be seeing."
When asked to speak to the person who made the decision they declined. Saying you should see your GP to make alternative arrangements.

They've obviously decided due to my background/ethnicity I do not the "type of client they wish to see."
