Th receptionist, Sueanne who greeted me was friendly and very kind and helpful. Kylie who did my MRI is an Angel! Kylie explained EVERYTHING and reassured me as I am claustrophobic and have NEVER completed an MRI before. I was incredibly anxious but being in Kylie’s care and everything she did to prepare me for my procedure, made all the difference! I know from my experience today, that I will definitely be able to have another MRI, if required. Thank you so much East Maitland Hunter Imaging!

The admin/receptionist I spoke to over the phone today at 2pm was very friendly and helpful with rescheduling my appointment. She also answered all my questions and concerns for the upcoming MRI. I don't think I've had such a pleasant interaction in my life. Thank you

I recently needed to have a large number of different investigations done in a short time frame. I live a distance away from major centres so needed to co ordinate these to have as many done at one time as possible. I anticipated that that I would need several trips to have them all. From the time of my initial booking call I received the utmost consideration and staff attempted at all times to make this experience as stress free as possible. They showed every consideration for my comfort and care and worked well together as a team to make the whole process efficient. Thahk you Hunter Imaging for your excellent care and customer service.
