When covid came along, as per government advice, I asked for a 6 month suspension of my membership because a. I was on jobkeeper and b. All elective surgery was cancelled. I was only allowed to go in to arrears for 6 months, then I would have to pay 6 months premiums owing. During this 6 months I would not be covered.I appealed but no response. Cancelled the policy instead. I leave it to you to decide whether to insure with them.

Extremely disappointing... After signing up with them and 8 weeks later i still haven't received my card and after calling twice they still havent sent me anything. i cannot use my health insurance and they have taken $610 of my account.
the customer service keeps say that it takes a few weeks for the card to come out, every time i call.
finally when i spoke to the manager he told me straight on the phone and i am quoting "he is going to do nothing about it and hung up".

avoid the company at any cost.

Have been with them about 12 years now have used our hospital cover a lot has been a life saver literally. Very happy at a great price compared to others
