Hunter Care Group have been absolutely wonderful with my son. When all other support services wouldn’t even return calls or emails, HCG came to the rescue and helped navigate the murky waters of the ever changing NDIS. The supervisor and support staff that we have worked with were absolutely wonderful and the longest serving carer became like one of the family. They listen, they help and have been nothing short of amazing.

We were very disheartened after our experience with the ndis and our former service provider, so when we met our COS from Hunter Care Group, we were not really expecting much but he really changed everything for us. He was friendly, gave us clear advice and was excited to help our son find good quality of life. It made us feel hopeful for his future to see someone so passionate about helping to make a difference in our son’s life. Not even a week after our first interview we were updated with how things were progressing and our son, is looking forward to starting his program!
