Rushed, messy, zero custom service skills. Told her what nails I wasn't happy with and she blamed it on my skin when it was just like colouring outside the lines. It's 2 days later and the gel is lifting from the edge. Been getting my nails done for 20 years and never left a bad review, even for the ones that weren't so great.

If it was possible to post a negative score, they would receive it. My man purchased a voucher to make me feel better after spending weeks in RDH with cancer. I had a 1pm spot, was not served for an hour and a half as cash customers were given priority. She scraped by foot until it bleed while screening at another worker. Did a terrible job on the polish to the point that my skin was painted but my nail wasn't. I have never been treated so badly in my life and will never set foot in the shop again. Customers mean nothing, the mighty dollar rules service and attitude. A total disgrace.

The first time ever, except when I’m home, did the nail technician actually do what I wanted. After having chemo my nails are very thin. I didn’t want them to to use those electric files. So after a soak off and a light manual buff (and nail plate not damaged) I had them painted. So happy.

Before confirming my booking, I had lengthy messenger conversations to confirm they could provide a clear overlay to my natural nails using builder gel. Not seeing the product when I took my seat, I asked about it.... oh it in drawer, get it after.
When she ''get it after' it was acrylic powder.... no no...I want gel please. Ok.
Turns out they do not use builder gel just gel nail polish. But it took me asking questions several times before it was established they in fact do not do gel nails.... just gel polish. After confirming the messenger conversation.... no we don't do that. You go now.....I was tossed out without even the gel nail polish service being completed.
Rude. Liar.
