Absolutely worth it! I had been going to another well-known group for years and just getting a 'tick and flick' exercise. Went to H&R Aspley, spent an hour on the phone and was very happy with the time, energy and effort they put into making sure I got every cent back. Really great.

This was my first time having my tax done professionally and with H and R block my last. During my consultation my agent was on her personal phone continuously, even opening TikTok twice. When I provided my TFN she actually tried to argue with me it was wrong even though I quickly pointed out she had entered it wrong on the computer. She rolled her eyes multiple times when I asked for clarification oh what she was asking and skipped entire sections related to my return only to dismiss me and gaslight me when I questioned it. About 20 minutes in my agent got up and went to “get something from the photocopier” but stood there talking on her phone. When she came back I ended up saying I was unhappy with the service and I’m concerned we will both get in trouble from the ATO because of how many sectioned she skipped. She then tried to strong arm me into paying for the consultation. I got up and left then did my own tax at home and got $920 more and the piece of mind I wasn’t going to be charged with tax fraud.

Manpreet failed to submit my return and contacted me 5 weeks later to tell me it was my fault and that I would get audited. Will never use this company again. Terrible customer service and was on her phone throughout the consultation.

I worked with PK on my tax return. It was a complex, difficult one with many changes in my personal life and consequently, my properties and investments.

PK was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and patient - and spent considerable time with me during the appointment and after it to be able to get me in a position where I can lodge my tax return without having to worry about anything.

H and R Block at Aspley ( QLD ) have helped me sort out my 92 year old Aunts Tax , that due to her being in Aged care and Covid had not been done for a few years. They were extremely helpful and assisted in putting my mind at ease AND completing her Tax !

Extremely frustrating feedback and support. Our tax return has been pending with H&R Block Aspley branch for the last three months even though we came up with the full supporting docs requested. Our follow-ups and phone calls have remained unanswered ever since. We will take our business elsewhere and stop using H&R Block from now on as a result.
