Useless practice.
Only use them as a last resort to get a medical certificate.
Everytime we go there the floor is filthy!! Hair on the floor... Disgraceful.
Ridiculous wait times, then to top it off the Doctor Googles EVERYTHING & still has to call for a second opinion during the appointment. He rarely even looks you in the eye.
Also, they NEVER answer their phone. Unreliable to be open & have forgotten to call for Telehealth appointments multiple times
This practice and doctor need to be shut down.

Booked a telehealth appt at midnight for a call at 9:20am (I have come down with tonsillitis but due to respiratory issues I am not allowed to be seen face to face). I called the clinic at 9:38am as I had not received my call. Was advised that the doctor would call me between patients and I would hear from him before 2pm. I am posting this at 3:30pm, I have heard 0 from the doctor, 0 from the medical receptionists to reschedule my appointment. Clinic closed at 2pm. Pretty disappointed.

Waited for almost an hour and seen for lest than 5 minutes like what?!!! A Doctor wearing his facemask on his chin, didn’t seen him wash or sanitise his hands, not wearing gloves considering his patient is only 5 months old. Dr not wearing close shoes at work, I reckon he’s only wearing thongs. Very unprofessional, doesn’t seems to care about the patient and unhygienic in my opinion. I don’t want to give any star, unfortunately you can only write a review if you click a star.

Easy to get an appointment, opening hours are not always convenient, but Dr Safi is a great Dr. I have been seeing him for over 9 years I trust him. He can be quick with consolations but I have never had an issue with his diagnosis.

Booked an appointment, drove halfway in and got a call explaining they would do my med cert over the phone at their time... yep agreed told it would be before the end of the day. Well never heard so called back the next day, seems they forgot, same outcome by the end of the day. Had to go elsewhere and have my certificate backdated.

My go-to clinic! It's open 7 days a week and super easy to get an appointment in with the doctors on site! Always a pleasure to chat with the staff here, very cooperative and understanding of your situation.
Really helps to be able to come in on a weekend without an appointment and still be able to see a doctor within the hour!
