I've been going to this Medical Centre for over 15 years now and I've been so happy.
Dr. Rahman is my family doctor and he is highly professional, caring and kind Doctor.
He genuinely cares and listens to you and tries to identify your root cause of the problem, not just the symptom. Staffs are friendly and supportive too.

Dr Rahman is the most knowledgeable, kind, experienced and hardworking GP we've ever met. We trust him fully; he thinks outside the box and is always able to prescribe the right tests and treatments, and if unable to he prescribes the right specialist. He has cared for the whole family for nearly a decade now and we couldn't be more grateful. His staff are also very accommodating.

A great, kind and caring doctor if you’re needing referrals, documentation, general check ups, shots/vaccinations or scripts. However I would highly recommend going elsewhere for any women's health concerns, mental health concerns, or if you think you may need more thorough care and diagnostics. I was a patient here for over a decade, and found GP’s to be very dismissive when it came to women’s health issues. I often left appointments feeling defeated, judged, upset, and like I wasn’t being taken seriously. It got so bad that I never went back.
HMMC bulk bills which is hard to find these days which can be a plus, and they’re open 7 days which is convenient. It is also super easily accessed for those with prams or wheelchairs (disabled parking right out the front right next to a ramp straight to the door). I would definitely recommend calling 15 minutes before your appointment and asking if the doctor is running on time - they often run quite late but this isn’t so bad as the practice is in a great location with lots to do/ nice places to sit outdoors while you wait.

Dr Rahman is an amazing Doctor, very knowledgeable and caring. I've never had a vaccination done so effortlessly that I didn't even feel it! And also helpful with my prescriptions and health needs.

I've been a patient of Dr Rahman for the past 6 years since I moved into the area. I have mainly seen him for general check ups and more recently for my pregnancy and postpartum check ups. Dr Rahman is an excellent professional, he is very thorough and I fully trust him. He always orders the right tests, monitors the results and refers you to the right specialist if needed. He has discovered a few conditions I have and that no other doctor has picked up. I strongly recommend Dr. Rahman and I trust him with the care of my whole family.

To be fair Dr Rahman is a very good doctor, BUT!! Have to say the quality service of the receptionist is extremely poor. Poor organisation of booking & handling patients. I attended on time with being told a wait of 15mins or more. I kindly asked if she can ring when dr is ready so I don't need to waste time waiting. Said yes then not having any respond till I rang back to check in an hour! Was told dr is already seeing patients after me. With no sense of good customer service trying to cover her fault of forgetting to ring...to be honest, whoever needs to see doctors, mostly are sick or kind of urgent of something. Being handled in this way， totally can not accept!

Very friendly. Great with kids. Very helpful.we have been going ever since it oprned and it has got busier and busier but what doctor isnt. I expect to wait past my appt time.
Dr Rahman is great with the kids and they as lso like him. Receptionists have skways been happy and helpful.

Dr Rahman is a lovely thorough, professional GP. It is usually fairly easy to get an appointment and they are open 7 day a week. A nice, friendly practice for adults and kids.
