Dr Yvonne Feng is the most irresponsible doctor I've ever seen! I have gestational diabetes, but she never told me the details and no further treatment. She made me feel insecure. Because what she did is not professional. I followed her suggestion, resulted in worse situation. She never told me how to do with the worse situation! I felt very helpless, she was not available and left me alone to face the problem! I think she is not qualified to be a doctor!!! She made me feel that she doesn't know how to treat patient!

I am so glad Dr Chan was recommended to me by an acquaintance with thyroid cancer, she is sensational, I cannot speak highly enough of her. Dr Chan listens, is thorough, extremely knowledgeable & has a great personality & bedside manner. I wish I had found her a few years ago instead of going through the public hospital system and letting my body fall apart, but I’m incredibly glad I’ve found Dr Chan and she is helping to heal my body to the best it can be. The waiting room & Dr Chan’s room are also very welcoming with an overall holistic feel.

Dr Chan and her team have been fabulous to work with. Reception staff are very helpful, particularly as I travel from interstate for my appointments.
Dr Chan herself is amazing. She took control of my situation, and has been very confident and reassuring about testing and treatment. I would happily recommend Dr Chan to family and friends.

Great place with lovely friendly staff. I have been going here for over 2 years. Sophie is always prepared and ready to answer any questions or concerns. I always feel comfortable and reassured when leaving. I have sometimes had to cancel at short notice and the lady on reception is always friendly and understanding about my situation. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone as I have never been disappointed:)

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking an endocrinologist or requiring assistance to manage their diabetes. Everyone at the clinic, both the doctors and reception staff, are so friendly and approachable, and they definitely make me feel that my health and concerns are a top priority. I do not feel like I’m just a number- everyone is always very quick to get back to my emails and calls, and everything is handled very diligently. This clinic is great, you will definitely leave here happy!

Hormone Health and Diabetes Clinic is an extremely professional yet very personal practice. I have been going to this clinic for over 2 years and cannot fault the treatment that I have received. In fact I have constantly recommended this clinic to friends, family and Facebook forums I am on. All the staff that I have encountered have always been extremely friendly and supportive and very understanding. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Dr Ling is ok, but the surgery is always disorganised. I have waited over an hour for my appointment twice, and their systems are often down. My low mark is reflective of my overall experience, not the medical care.
