I arrived a bit early but filled out my details form, went across road sat and thought. Went back in sat for 10 minutes got called in the skin specialist had a look at the problems. A quick freeze of a bit on my head, had a little chat, all finished and it all paid for by Medicare!👍

Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dr Ahmad Lotfy was fantastic. I found him very professional and knowledgeable. As a new patient, he addressed everything regarding my health concerns. The whole process was smooth right from making an appointment.

Dr Mohamed Ibrahim is by far the best doctor I have ever had looking after my health. He is polite, thorough and really cares about his patients. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for him.
The practice is well run, professional and friendly. I can’t fault it.

I was very grateful to be seen today for a last minute appointment by a lovely kind doctor.

Appointment booking time was far, far shorter than at my usual medical practice (2 days, as opposed to 6 weeks) - as was the time spent in the waiting room waiting to be seen (5 mins, as opposed to up to / over an hour). Reception staff were efficient, helpful and personable. The overall vibe of the practice was positive and professional. The doctor I saw "heard" me, not just "listened" to me and there was no urgency to shuffle me off so that she could see the next patient, despite the practice appearing to be very popular. The billing system (not bill-billed) was fair, and was handled efficiently and knowledgeably. Overall, a very very welcome and refreshing experience compared to the normal practice I attend.

Dr Osama is great. This is my son’s Doctor. He has a great persona and listens to our concerns and my son is comfortable with him which makes it a lot easier for me to encourage him to go to a doctor when required.

After I moved back home to Wingham 2 years ago my search for a GP has been difficult until today. The receptionist was really helpful and spoke well of Horizon . I read all profiles of the Doctors at Horizons and chose Dr Mounia Torche.I have found my Doctor of choice. She is professional,and warm .I felt completely heard . I feel I am good hands now!
