We both had appointments with Dr Thomas Fung recently for small sun damage operations. He was extremely professional and caring.
We have no hesitation in providing him with 5* for his services.

My name is Maryam and I have been with this practice a while ago. I had a skin bump on my shoulder that was benign and Dr Nasser at that time decided to do a biopsy for checking for skin cancer. During the session, I fainted under her care due to a shock reaction to the anaesthetic which i have never experienced before. After the procedure was completed, I got an infection on the area which left me with constant pain, itching and discomfort- especially at night after more than a year. When I raised my concern with the owner of the practice Dr Fashcar- he acted with indifference and absence of any care. He told me to go see a plastic surgeon to fix the poorly stitched bump. The photo does not show the ugly mess that was left after the procedure. Not only is the aftermath ugly, but the itching and burning leave me in discomfort every day. I should add I had some major surgeries that my skin has healed really well so not sure what they have done to me this time.

I saw dr Fashka , the experience was awful. He asked me to go back to my previous practice, was rude saying” I am not a drug dealer “ and that nobody has died of the problems I had
He Did not want to do the assessment I needed and as conciliation he said that he is not going to charge me, when the practice is bulk billing anyway
I felt humiliated and in worse state then before I went to seek help
Would never go there again
I would like to speak to the owner of this practice and lodge a complain or will take it further , such doctors have no place in health service

I have had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Linda McTiernan for various health concerns, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into her office, Dr. McTiernan warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease.

Dr. Linda McTiernan level of attentiveness and dedication to finding the best possible solution for my health issue has been truly remarkable.

Dr. Linda McTiernan never dismissed my worries or concerns, but rather, she reassured me and provided a safe space to openly discuss my fears.

Thank you so much!
Ben

The so called "Dr Ziad Fashka" was so rude and arrogant beyond belief.
Not only he didn't help with my problem, he made me feel very uncomfortable for reaching out.
The way he was insulting with his broken English and Arabic accent, I just wish he get deported to where he came from.
Seriously, this guy shouldn't even be in charge of a public bathroom let alone a physicians practice in our neighborhood.

Drs are great, this review is for the reception staff on 5 Jan 2023. I sat for 40 mins in pain while two receptionists sat there. Somehow their system didn’t work and log me in as sitting and waiting at reception, sitting literally in front of them. While 5 patients went in front of me they did not notice me. I asked after 15 mins how long it would be, they said not long. Not even then bothering to check who I was and made me wait another 25 mins. Lack of care and no interest in the patients in front of them

Very happy with the efficiency and care of all the staff I have encountered at Hope Medical Centre over the past several weeks. That includes the girls at the front desk, Dr. McTiernan, Dr. Joshi and Dr. Fashkar. Many thanks for looking after me.
