WORST medical centre I’ve ever been to. I was there for 2 hours waiting for a simple blood test. The doctors do not listen to symptoms or reject what you are needing and receptionists aren’t helpful or sympathetic. They also accept patients who are obviously sick even though they ask if you have flu like symptoms before you enter the practice, putting everyone else in danger. Would not recommend

Very disappointed this time with one of the doctor.I booked phone consult for 10:30am and he calls me at 9:40am.I do understand they are busy and the call is late sometimes.But he calls early and not call again on the specific time again. When I call back the receptionist said that doctor left already and there is only private doctors very rudely.
I come to Hope regular for my whole family I am going to change now.

I had a non-urgent medical issue that needed attention. I booked my appointment via the HealthEngine app for a same day appointment and had a blood test, prescription and went to the imaging place all within the hour! Amazing thank you Hope Medical Centre

I'm unsure how to get in contact with Kerry who hasn't responded to my calls about a botched iron infusion. I have a massive skin stain on my arm from where the doc missed my vein. This was after the nurse tripped over the line and pulled the canula out of the first arm. Really bad experience and now to just get ignored is really frustrating. They refunded me for the iron infusion procedure so surely they admit it wasn't ok - but now after I have asked them to pay for laser to remove the stain, radio silence. Kerry please get in contact with me to discuss as I have called repeatedly with no response.

GP are bad there. Do not recommend Dr Nervin Makar. She completely messed up what should be investigated. I had an enlarged lymph nodes, she haven’t explained anything about possible causes and how I could be investigated. Just advised some general stuff.

After going to completely another GP from Bondi clinics I learned that I had a Toxo and another virus. Doctor even didn’t consider this analysis for me. Very poor knowledge doctor.

To conclude, medical clinic isn’t good inside, very noise and dirty. TV is always playing which is annoying

This is by far the most efficient surgery I have ever been to.
This surgery takes appointments and there is very little, if any, wait time on arrival.
Lovely doctors and nurses.
My doctor has always been very thorough, kind and extremely helpful at every point. (I've been seeing her for about 10 years now). I love the telehealth and she phones me smack on time almost always.

I can't get a Centrelink medical certificate because 'it's the first time I've been there' my normal doctor has moved to terrigal and I can't afford to go that far : I have no car / and Wyoming medical centre has at least a two week wait , but doctor said stay away from people so I don't infect others but I'm going to get cut off Centrelink because I'm not attending interviews.... what's the point of coming to he doctors if I can they the certificate I require to get better That's simply rediculous ! What is the point of being there if you can't get a certificate
