The only reason why I’m leaving five stars is because Nadia referral department, shes such an amazing person beautiful soul so sweet so kind so nice she is the only kind person I dealt with for the past year. She should be in charge of training all employees at Hope clinic on how to be kind and polite and how to be exactly like her she does an excellent job, thank you Nadia for been such an amazing person God bless you from the heart she is always on top of her referrals. She has made my life so much easier when it comes descendent referrals on time she truly loves her job and fortunately she is excellent at it. Thank you so much for your hard work I truly appreciate it from the heart…. MG

I called to wait “11 mins” to speak with someone and it really took 20 mins then the lady hung up in my face after I told her I wanted to schedule an appointment. I called back to wait for anyone to answer the phone . If this the service yall give before anyone even comes in I rather not even give yall the benefit of the doubt to piss me off more than what yall have already. Terrible process terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars but it’s not an option on here.

I usually have a good experience at this clinic have been coming for years rarely have issues but this time someone from the "call center" Irene to be exact gave bad customer service . I called to get informed about their walk in slot they usually have some avaible I know this because I have called many times to get them. She told me I had to go in person to ask for that slot so I had my husband go with my child just to be told that he had to come back at 4 instead of Irene telling me that that slot was at 4 pm she made us go in the office and go back home which Is very inconvenient

This clinic doesn't worth one star. I would like to give zero to this clinic the staffs doesn't know to behave with patient and clients, they are very rude, unprofessional and immoral. Please don't waste your time with them.

I wanted to come on here and give a very big thanks to Dr. Alejandra Andrade because she has been with me since I was 12. She isn’t a Pediatric Gynecologist but she was able to see me and quickly work to refer me to a Pediatric Gynecologist and still follows up with me til this day! Not only has she been a very good doctor when going in person but she is also very quick with her work. She is very mindful and understanding.

This clinic has become very bad. This is the second time that I have been prescribed medication and I go to the pharmacy and I do not find it. They say that the clinic did not send them any medication. What is this disregard for patients? If you do not know how to manage this clinic, then it is better for it to close.

I like my doctor, she speaks very clearly. I feel very confident with her. Don't like the front desk. The told me that it will cost me 128 last visit. But for some reason i paid a total of 178 today. They failed to mention the additional 50 dollars just to do my appointment.
