I was provided this service as part of my private health insurance before and after major surgery. The nurse I was partnered with, Czarina, was a delight! It was lovely to have someone to touch base with on a more regular basis than my specialists and reassure me that my recovery was normal, and simply be a sounding board after a major surgery. Czarina was friendly, professional, and extremely empathetic - I was almost disappointed to be discharged from the program as I really enjoyed my chats with her.

Literally such a waste of time, the company doesn't provide anything helpful besides reporting back to insurance companies where you are up to with your injuries and how you are feeling etc. Basically insurance's informant. It's supposed to support your recovery but they really don't do anything for you. Lovely people but it's just one more thing that I need to be worried about and deal with after being hit by a car. I think I'd have more enjoyment talking to my dog.

Absolutely amazing service. Honeysuckle Health is given as a complimentary service through my health insurance provider. I am SO SO HAPPY I took advantage of this service. Not only did the team at Honeysuckle Health check up on me post-op to see how I was physically recovering, but they also checked on my mental health. Sophie worked out that I lived alone and didn't have much in terms of family. So always stayed on the phone to chat to me a little longer to ask what my plans were for the day. I could not recommend this team and service more!

Whilst I had some ok conversations - it’s not tailored and you get whoever you’re given. I had a nice counselling Jaye, but it can’t really go further than a few “how are you?” It’s ok - take it or leave it. I’d rather choose who I want to speak with
