Shocking experience! Used this company for a periodic care solution. Worst NDIS & Aged Care company in Rockhampton. As I found out all the positive reviews on google are from paid employees, coerced to leave false reviews. Generic, non meaningful engagement to participants. Only after your money and fake social media posts. Charged for services that didn't occur. The franchise is badly managed by a family that treat clients and staff with no respect or dignity. My last experience I went to the office during office hours, the front door was locked and you could hear yelling from the female owner at her son & staff. Very unprofessional, No thankyou.

The work environment as a whole is fantastic, so supportive and understanding not just for the clients but the staff also. Our director is so uplifting and provides such excellent support and training. As a disability support worker myself I can honestly say I am privileged to work amongst such a wonderful team!
