Michelle and her team, especially Sarah looked after my mother with dementia for 3 years.
I'm leaving this comment a little late as mum no longer receives the care however I wanted to show my deepest appreciation. The team provided the best care possible with the kindness that I'm sure will be hard to obtain from other providers.

While the Physiotherapy and Remedial massage services are excellent for the My Aged Care Level 3 Client ( my mother), the home cleaning and gardening services are "unsatisfactory" for the Client.
The case manager has abandoned her responsibility to convey the Client's satisfactory needs to the cleaner and to the gardener to meet without complaint. The gardener left the house with blower mess and won't tend to other plants and the cleaner sent in 2 girls to do a small unit and left out details.
So is this really Home Care?

I found this company is great for the elderly but not so much for people with disabilities who work within the company. I was advised that they would make it that I would have all the things to help me with my job, but wouldn’t reply to workplace assistance, so believe things were made up as wanted me gone, I know I am not perfect and do make mistakes as anyone, however being told I am making quite a lot of mistakes and not showed these mistakes. I think I dodged a bullet with this company as I now have a better job working with STA properties and I am a lot happier.

I have changed the company who provided care for my mother to Home Care Assistance who are based at the Gold Coast. With the previous company I had 40 different carers over 3 years and now have the same carer 5 days a week. My mother was with the same big company for 20 years. I requested they send the same carer on certain days but really did not care about my mothers or my needs. When someone is blind and deaf they do not need a carer coming into the house who has not been here before.
The carers with Home Care Assistance are paid a better hourly rate than the previous company and their admin costs are far cheaper and now saving $600 a month which can now give me more hours.
If you have elderly parents looking to change from the BIG providers give them a call. Michelle and Jourdan have been great to deal with and very caring.
I highly recommend this company.
They have carers looking for work and need more clients to make the transfer.

From day one the kindness and professional manner shown to me by Michelle has been wonderful. I no longer feel like a source of income I feel like a valued friend.
