This clinical practice outshines others. After years on a frustrating journey to identify a reliable audio practice that could advise me on hearing aids, I was referred to Holistic Hearing Solutions by the amazing Dr Vass in Canberra. The services offered by Louie and Josie here on the Gold Coast equated to a highly professional, patient-centered experience where all my questions were answered and ongoing support provided.
The technical aspects including opportunities to re-calibrate my hearing aids we’re fully explained and was reassuring.

Louai is very skilled and efficiently made use of time available to check my hearing (some deterioration since fitting three and a half years before), tuned my aids and calibrated ear moulds to give best result. I left hearing much better. They loaned me aids so my original batteries could be sent for replacement, batteries had gone from around 16 hours to around 12. My own aids were returned in less than 2 weeks, with the saved settings and now my hearing is as good as in 2022 despte some decline in my ears. As it's a 5 hour drive for me I appreciated getting everything achieved in one appointment. Josie in the office is also great.

Had a fantastic experience!! The ladies made me feel so welcomed and safe I was slightly nervous at first but they were so reassuring and gentle!! I will definitely go back the next time I need an ear cleaning! Thankyou lovely ladies
