Highly recommend this company. Always helpful and their accommodation choices are amazing. Have been using them for nearly 3 weeks now while husband in hospital. Have never been to Townsville until then. The apartments I have stayed in are very clean,above comfortable and within easy access to everything.

This company is consistently poor at managing the behaviour of guests, who stay in residential units but treat the place like a hotel, make heaps of noise, and generally don't even care how their behaviour affects others. The company does not seem to vet clients effectively, and certainly takes no steps to respond to behaviour about their antisocial conduct. If you rent through Holiday Hosting, understand that YOU ARE NOT WELCOME IN OUR BUILDING.
