If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The only Doctor at the practice worth seeing was Dr. Kuku but he went missing in action without letting his patients know. But he's not the problem. The other 2 Doctors at this practice are among the worst I've ever seen in the Medical Profession. Both of them are uncaring, they don't listen well, there is absolutely no empathy. They are there for a paycheck and nothing more. When you call during the week, you're lucky if you get the answering machine and if you do leave a message and they call back, it's time to notify CNN! Avoid this practice even if you have to bulk bill.

I made a booking weeks ago and came, closed. No one told me. They have my number. Why just can’t even send a text message? This is a doctor appointment. Not acceptable. They can’t imagine patients come to the clinic and waste their time and money ?

Dr Kuku is a very friendly and professional doctor. He made my parents who are non english speaking feel welcomed. He pays attention to details and gave no feeling of rushing through patients.
I highly recommend him.

Charged me for a care plan that doesn't exist. Ripping off medicare and your patients now I can't get a REAL care plan because Dr Kuku fraudently submitted a fake one to medicare.
Unreliable doctors, unfriendly/unprofessional admin staff. Only open a few days a week, that's if they feel like opening! Do yourself a favour, go find another practice.

Booked via health engine two weeks ago. Turned up for appt this morning and office is closed. No call, no warning. My disabled son needs his medication and no one thought to call us! So disappointed. They are usually quite good but may have to look elsewhere now.
