I came to this practice only this week, due to my usual GP changing his hours and me not being able to see him due to my work. I saw Dr Joanna as she specialises in women's health, and thought she would be a good fit for me. I went into my appointment to get new scripts initially, and despite me mentioning the medication I needed multiple times I was still prescribed the incorrect medication. I called as soon as I noticed the issue, was told the correct script would be ready for me to pick up the following day, called a second time the next day, script was not ready and no word from the doctor in regards to the issue I had.

This is a medication I need daily to be even able to get myself out of bed, and if I had not noticed the incorrect medication on the script I would have caused myself some serious issues.

I think Dr Joanna has the potential to be a great GP, but this experience has been quite concerning and I won't be returning again.

I wouldn’t recommend any other doctor! I’d been to a previous doctor 2 months prior who was very dismissive and didn’t listen to my symptoms before deciding to come back to hocking. Dr Jamie Woods got me a whole bunch of tests and scans to run and was able to diagnose me within a week, whilst being super kind and compassionate. Amazing amazing amazing! Highly recommend 👍🏻

Doctor Rado is an amazing doctor!!! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable but he also genuinely listens to you and cares about you.
The practice itself has a really high turnover of receptionists which makes me wonder how they treat their staff; but they're always lovely to patients and ready to help however they can

My 15 year old Son needs medical advice he has Covid. Understandably they won’t see him at the clinic if they would he would be bulk billed, they will offer telephone consultation but will not bulk bill it? This is why emergency departments are flooded. Can’t help but feel I’m been taken advantage off.

I used to be a patient here a while ago and it went down hill so I left... Requested a patient file transfer just after leaving, to my new GP, only to recently find that they'd never actually done it... So, over a month ago, I requested it the transfer again.... paid for it, STILL NOTHING. It's not bloody rocket science, it's a click of a button. You're literally harming your former patients by not timely completing a basic transfer that takes you little to no time at all! (Before you ask, HMC, No, this review won't be removed, it was well earnt.)

I have been seeing Dr JOANNA for years. She's an excellent Dr & would refer everyone to her. I give 10 out of 10 for Dr JOANNA. However, Steve Cohen would have to be the rudest most arrogant person I have ever met. I would never refer ANYONE to this disgusting excuse for a Dr.

Absolute joke
I called in advance twice that I need to come in for a glucose test (3hour test)
Came in took a number, got dropped off as I had to fast for so many hours only to be told that lady has to finish early and can’t do it today after I waited for a whole hour and not only that I called in the morning to make sure it’s okay.

I have work, plus two kids to drop off at school I was trying to be organised for it and got dropped off only to be told no after hour wait.! Never returning to this place if I didn’t call in advance and let them know but I did
