I’ve always had a great experience with HLS Healthcare and their products. When my hoist was having an issue charging, it was quick and easy to get an appointment for a technician to come and take a look at it. Khalid came and spent two hours fixing the hoist, assuring me he wouldn’t leave until the problem was fixed. He was very thorough, kind, professional and helpful. I was very appreciative that he understood what an important piece of equipment it is and that he persevered to find the mystery issue and repair it. Thanks Khalid!
