The worst medical centre! Everytime I call to book an appointment they are always fully booked…..seriously that’s pathetic! The front staff are so rude and disrespectful, they honestly should not be working in a medical practice!

Doctors here are great, however the administration staff are simply rude and they talk behind your back in Arabic if you are not part of their ethnic culture.
This is simply unnecessary and rude to patients.
I waited for 1.5 hrs and am still currently waiting to be seen.
General practices are usually first come first serve or unless priority wise for other patients who must be seen first (which I completely understand as I myself work in the ED as a registered nurses for a much more busy public hospital.
With that said at this point of time 6 people who have came in to register well after me have all gone first.
When I kindly asked the 2 admin staff at the registration they said I was next to go in.
Another 4 people have just gone in now before me who came in after me and I still have no seen a doctor.
The 2 girls with black hair were both seen laughing at me in Arabic behind the front desk. Will never go here again. Don't waste your time.

This is the worst medical Center I’ve seen in Australia, ladies in reception are very rude and back biting every patient who attends the practice. Very unrespectul giving ur turn to new assyrian patients easily and agnorying ur complain.. and laughing at u later on . Dr Hatyham Amir is unprofessional dr with a very poor attitude taking patients randomly and let you to be the last . Assyrian receptionists are just give worth to onky assyrian patients** if you want to experience a bad day you must attend this practice

I've seen Dr B twice so far and I am willing to travel from my area which is 45 minutes away to see her again,she's an amazing doctor, very kind, thorough and clear. The two receptionist at the front are beautiful as well,always greet with a smile and extremely helpful girls. They speak multiple languages including Arabic and Assyrian. Great medical centre overall.

5 stars for a doctor haythem because he’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. But I can tell we have to wait a bit long time to see him 😳
