Great company. Very good at communication around appointments and ensuring that everything can be filled out beforehand if you want and that you know how to get there. They also contacted me after my GP referral, so I didn't have to worry about it, which was nice.

I saw Caitlin who was very lovely. She took my physical limitations into consideration when planning my exercise routine and showed me what exercises to do but didn't pressure me to try if I didn't want to, as I was having a bad day with my injury.

When I was able to complete some of the exercises, she was very supportive in giving feedback around my technique and also showed me several alterations of the same exercise in case I was unable to do one due to pain on that day.

She gave me the equipment and a print out of the routine that I could use as a reminder which was extremely helpful. Overall they're a great service and very professional.

I think the best thing is not feeling judged or uncomfortable if I'm not able to do something and there's support around finding the best techniques to suit your needs.

First consult today with EP Zac. He was professional, explained everything well and had a lovely demeanour which made my 16yo son feel very comfortable.

The reception ladies were also pleasant to talk to, even explaining how NDIS funding can help our situation.

Molly & Brittany at Hiya Health have been amazing in their services. They not only provided great assistance with my actual issue initially, but they proactively followed me up to ensure I was doing the right exercises weeks later. They have gone above and beyond in their work and it is rare to come across health practitioners that provide genuine care for their patients these days. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My grandson had an instant rapport with his trainer Upeka. Hiya Health Ipswich is a bright, friendly and positive place and in the 7 years my grandson has lived with us I honestly have not seen him walk taller or smile bigger than he did today after just 1 sport physiology session with Upeka. 🙂

Had an appointment booked for today at 7am. I came in and the lady said they had to reschedule because my physio hadn't turned up. I asked why they didn't call and let me know and she said she'd had other clients and no one from admin was in. I understand this but it takes 30 seconds to make a phone call. Really disappointing as it wasted my time and fuel to come in when her clients could of waited 1 min for her to call through to me. Very unprofessional.

have only had an amazing experience from the team here! i have seen calum a few times for exercise physiology and molly for physio, everyone is beyond professional and their level of expertise is amazing. they provide a very comfortable environment and really listen to you and work with whatever you need. can't recommend enough!

From the beginning this place wasted my time and appointments. I was referred there for hydrotherapy, so I was booked with Calum whom does not do hydrotherapy and took me to a 3x3 room, no air conditioning and I was visibly uncomfortably sweating. So 2nd appointment I find out he only does exercise Physio. So he books me in with Zac, to go to Goodna aquatic centre but gives me no card and I assume 8 am as I work. I show up to find out it’s now 12:30. 3 appointments down with no hope of improving my spinal injury, 3 weeks wasted. I should of known when not 1 staff member is out of their early 20’s

Molly is THE BEST!!! She has helped me immensely. She is so good at what she does. I'm so relieved to have found such an amazing physio. The receptionists are also so lovely and helpful. Everyone seems super caring and nice.
