Dr Drew Heinemann has been our doctor for quite sometime. We have found him to be very approachable, compassionate and straightforward with his diagnosis’. So he doesn't sugar coat his words but a good doctor as he is, will tell you how it is and isn't that what you go to a doctor for. We highly recommend him to any future patients.

I’ve been seeing Dr Brianna Corfield for over a year now to assist with various health conditions and couldn’t be happier. I’ve not come across such a kind, friendly, knowledgeable & thorough doctor as herself ever. Her approach is highly valued. Ladies, if you’re seeking a female doctor - she’s the one.
It’s also worth noting: the ladies on reception do a wonderful job and are equally as friendly and helpful.

I've been coming to this centre for around 20 years and found it was good. Honestly what has happened in the last 4 years with the Drs? Last Sunday I went in with a bad chest infection and needed antibiotics. Had this so called Dr who came out with a mask on asked me if I would wear one and it was all polite and I said I didn't want one as it's hard to breathe as it is and then she proceeded to explain to me like I was an idiot in front of everyone in the reception area till I was totally humiliated and embarrassed and raced off to get a different mask to protect herself (she was the ONLY one wearing a mask - even the other dr was NOT wearing a mask but he watched as she carried on about her mask) and I started thinking is this a joke? I'm too sick to worry about that I needed antibiotics!!!! Get into the room and she asks me why am I here and I told her I need antibiotics for my chest infection. Told her all of what I've been going thru and she says so what is it that you want me to focus on and then starts talking to me like I'm a child. I told her I need antibiotics. She then did this big circle 360 of checking my BP listen to chest briefly looked in my ears to temp and then lectures me all the way thru like it was the first time I've ever been to the Dr and then says I'm prescribing you antibiotics and then lectures me on that. I then got lectured on the procedure of leaving the room...all I asked was could i leave...wt? I go to pay at reception and I was told $90 but it was now $130 and asked why and she said I had gone overtime with my appt!! My appt would have been short and sweet if she just prescribed antibiotics which i asked for at the beginning. Then go downstairs to find out with my prescription that Dr had filled out the wrong amount. Thank you to the chemist to helping me fix this.
This by far would have been the worst Dr I've ever dealt with and the worst experience EVER!

The doctor I see here is good, but I feel the management of the bookings are handled poorly. The actual time you get in to see your doctor is usually 45 minutes to over an hour after your scheduled time.

If you ask nicely the reception can give you a call when the person before you goes in but such requests shouldn't be necessary...

This was a most enjoyable experience, ease of parking. Clean and tidy reception area; comfortable seating for patients to wait for their doctor. Wonderful to find my doctor whom I had last seen at a different practice over twelve years ago! Saw another doctor first and she told me that I could see whomever I wished for and she would be more than happy for me to see my old doctor and to be my backup doctor. This facility has it all! Great 👍👍👍

Don’t recommend this place. It used to be good, but has been declining in the quality of medical attention. A few days ago I went with my daughter to the Dr for a potential ear infection. Dr said too much wax, cannot see anything. Ear drops to loosen it and that’s it. My daughter wasn’t being herself, tantrums out of nowhere. I thought maybe she’s going through a fussy phase; she’s only 2 y.o. Runny nose… very common with this weather. Yesterday morning when she woke up she has a swollen eye. My husband took her to the Dr; same Dr as the ear (Dr Miller). She was diagnosed with bacterial conjunctivitis and sent home with eye drops. Throughout the day her eye was looking worst. Didn’t look like conjunctivitis; no discharge, just didn’t look right. Started thinking I should take her to another Dr. This morning her eye was extreme swollen and purple. My daughter saw be another GP in another b centre. Amazing Dr. sent her urgently to the hospital for periorbital cellulitis. I feel it is my duty as a parent to warn you of possible misdiagnosis. Trust your instincts.
