Dr was pleasent, wait time for booked appointment was a little excessive. I found the dr saying let's treat one problem at a time quite irritating. I have been waiting for over 6 months to see a podiatrist ( no fault of hinkler podiatry) so being told, that I have to wait another week before the podiatrist will send his report through to the gp, who then has to order tests to confirm a diagnosis that was made years ago torture!! Any report needing to be sent back to a gp should be made on the same day, not a week later. Especially when the patient has expressed how much pain they are in, and it is effecting every part of their life.
The treating of "one problem at a time" in order to generate repeat business is ghastly. Multiple problems can be asessed at once, multiple tests can be performed at once. Overall quite disappinted, I should not be forced to go back to pay again for something that could have been completed with an initial consultation.
