Dr. Shuker has been my doctor for over a year, and I honestly think he’s the best doctor out there. Initially had good experiences at this clinic, but had a series of unfortunate incidents where my family and I had been overcharged on at least three occasions. The last experience was extremely poor. The doctor agreed to waive the costs when I expressed my concerns, but then the receptionist charged me full cost. When I tried to explain she refused to speak with him, then told me I was holding up other patients. This was despite the fact that I'd been kept waiting myself for nearly 40 minutes. Then tried to discuss with the Practice Manager, who at least listened to my concerns but didn't offer any resolution and hasn't returned my calls over the last few days. I had hoped that this could have been resolved very easily, but in the end didn't feel valued as a patient. Disappointed with our experience and feel like we have been taken advantage of. Our family will be looking for a new clinic.

My family have been going to one specific doctor at this practise for the past 28 years. My wife passed away nearly two year ago, in her last months the doctors, and all staff involved in the practise treated her, like she was the Queen. Plus she was paid regular visits by our GP while in Kalamunda Hospice and this was during his lunch breaks. With myself I can ring up at any time and any of the doctors will always make time for me. If my normal GP is not working I will see any of the other Doctors without hesitation, because all the Doctors are very professional, and the nurse on duty, always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. I can not speak highly enough of this medical practice. Plus I have recommended friends of mine to visit the practise.

I have been a patient at Hills Family Medical for almost 15 years from the Gooseberry Hill times. During this time I have been treated by Drs Oyewopo and Aung.
I am finding it rather disappointing these days that one needs to make an appointment with the doctor for the most minor of issues, issues that I believe could be sorted over the phone (time off work, travel time, etc.).

Love this doctors surgery especially Felicity Higgins, who is a wonderful kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor. She is great with kids also. Reception staff and nurses are always friendly and approachable. Thank you

My wife and I have attended the Hills Family Medical Practice for many years now. Dr Oyewopo is our GP, without doubt the best Doctor we have ever had.

His staff are all such wonderful people, professional and so caring, you could not be in better hands.

I myself have type 2 diabetes and a few other health issues and it is no exaggeration to say that Dr Oyewopo has saved and prolonged my life. We have had consultations with other GP's in the practice, all with the same care and attention.

My wife and I moved away from the hills over three years ago, to the northern suburbs of Perth, however we still travel to the Hills Family Medical Practice on a regular basis, due to the excellent care and service we receive.

We could not recommend their services enough.

Absolutely recommend this practice. Dr Ugbo & Dr Higgins are both amazing, extremely thorough & makes you feel at ease. The best GP's I've ever seen & the reception staff & nurses are very friendly.
