I recently visited Dr. Sandy for NDIS paperwork for one of my clients. After filling out the forms, Dr. Sandy told me, “Next time, please bring everything together for one appointment as it’s a waste of your time and my time.”

I found this comment unhelpful and unprofessional. It’s important for doctors to be patient and understanding, especially when dealing with important paperwork for clients. I hope Dr. Sandy can improve communication in the future.

We see Dr Dhmaratne he is so compassionate and caring, but there are also many other doctors in the practice that you can see if you can’t get in to your usual doctor also have very good nurses. A very well run family clinic

Though I've only seen Dr Rohit Ghosh twice at the time of writing this review, I am blown away by his quality of care. Dr Ghosh is an incredibly understanding, caring and easygoing doctor. He is also proactive and very considerate, paying attention to details which do add up and shows that he truly cares about his patients. Coming from a background of seeing countless different GPs my whole life, I am thrilled to say that I have finally found the best doctor for me. All the receptionists have also been a pleasure to interact with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I am a patient of Dr Daris Vilkins. I can’t even begin to say what a superb Dr he is. He takes my health seriously & explains & investigates everything completely. This Dr is highly intelligent yet so warm & caring. Best Dr I’ve ever seen. If you want a Dr that will go to great lengths for you, this is the Dr for you.

My family have been going to the Hills Family General Practice for over 20 years. The bad rating is for the excess charge above the medicare rebate. No regard for loyalty. Both my wife and I had appointments on the same day so were hit with double the cost. We have found another practice that puts patients above greed. 1 star for the wonderful doctors and staff.

I've been a patient of Dr Jammal's practice for many years, since his early days as a one Dr practice. Always great, now see one of the other doctors at the same practice. Always great help and with the growth they have added more services. Very efficient and caring.
