Worse place to book your appointment. I booked with a doctor that saw me before to remove couple of stitches. Apparently the receptionist didn’t know the doctor wasn’t available that day and i was just introduced to a new doctor. After removing my stitches doc puts a small dressing, and says “ ok you are fine to go home and remove your dressing tomorrow “, but you will be charged at the front for the dressing”

I have been to so many doctors before, never seen a bad service like this before.

Absolutely zero recommendation. Had an appointment for my child was running few minutes late so called in receptionist advised no problem come in doctor will see you. So we went in waited for about 30 minutes, asked receptionist she said we are still first on list to wait. Then Dr Madea came out said she cant see us as we missed our appointment to come back another day.
1. Miscommunication, we could have saved time and gone to another clinic had they told us they cant see us when I called in
2. Lack of patient care, ethics no acknowledgement of time wasted for a child who is sick.
3. What kind of a Doctor is Dr Madea who has no care or respect for her own profession and no care that parents are bringing their sick child , so because of the miscommunication from their staff she could have seen the patient. This is pure commercialism and lack of respect for her own profession. Why become a Doctor then?
Would not be coming here again.

I wish I could give 0 starts to doctor Homa and the bad service but the system doesn't allow me.
I had booked 2 times with them and the 2 times I confirmed the appointment and 2 times they told me it was cancel when I got there. I had to ask time off from work to go to the appointment and lose money for nothing.
I can understand that things happen in life and the appointment needs to be cancel but it only takes a courtesy call saying that she is not going to be there it would have helped me a lot.
They have lost a patient that's for sure and I won't recomend this place to no one.After clearly saying that I'm not booking a third time because I don't trust anymore I got a new message to confirm the appointment for next Sunday or I will get a cancellation fee.This might be a joke!

Doctors are lovely, however, the male receptionist is incredibly rude. I had an appointment for 11:45am and had been waiting in the waiting room since 11:00 and only saw the doctor at 12:30. He let 4 other walk ins go before us. This isn’t the first time this has happened to my family either. Utterly disgraceful and disgusting receptionist.

Dr Kumari has been our family GP for more than past 10years. She is a very experienced, professional and thorough GP with an eye to minute details. She is very well versed with various medical conditions and gives proper and apt treatments/ management for the same. Being from a medical field myself, I understand how important it is to get a reliable and trustworthy doctor to care for your family. She has cared for our kids from the time of their birth and has never disappointed us. She is very approachable, patient, kind and always greets you with a warm smile on her face. We are very very thankful to Dr Kumari and her GP practice for the tireless hours of work and care given to us and the community through these years. I would highly recommend Dr Kumari to anyone looking for a GP service, who is on top of her game and knows what she is doing. I wish her all the best for an amazing year ahead. Keep up the good work ?

Not a good place to be . I have to wait 1 hour to see doctor. They don't care about whose turn is it . They sent the patient according they want . Have to asked 3 times for my turn.have reached first but have to leave at last after 6 patients.I would not recommend this place. Doesn't deserve even 1 star review.

Dr Kumari is our family GP for 18 years now. She is well respected and she’s been looking after our health concerns thoroughly. She is real great, very caring and making sure we all get well and better. She is like part of our family. She is our angel. I am very grateful.
Also, the staff are great and always smiling.
My appointments are always on time or almost no waiting time.

I have been going to Dr. Kumari's clinic for the last 8+ years. She was successfully able to manage my complicated medical condition and knew the right Specialist to refer me to.
She never gives me the wrong medication or the wrong dosage and offers the alternative option for some meds without being brand specific.
My Specialists and I are very happy with the management she performs over my health..
There were ample opportunities for me to switch to another GP but none of them came close to the kindness and care that Dr. Kumari has provided.
I can recommend her to anybody.
