I am very happy to have found Dr. Lynn Joubert again. I stopped going to Jupiter Health Ashby because I just didn't agree with their staff's recent culture but was very sad that I couldn't access Dr. Lynn anymore as she is truly the best. I had no idea she had moved here full time. Thankfully, my husband suggested I check for her name in Hotdoc as I was telling him how I just don't think I will find a better doctor again.
As we grow older, our bodies just don't function the same, and it's very comforting to have a good, compassionate, and reliable doctor.

Very disappointed this morning when I rang to see if my Doctor could email a script to me for medication that I didn’t pack for a week. I was informed I would have to book and I telehealth call, cost $76.00 for a medication that has been on going. I have been a patient here for over 20 years! Considering my options now.

Thank you for your wonderful support and getting me in to see my doctor this week. Your reception staff were so amazing getting me in to see my usual Dr Carter and your nurses helped me so efficiently.

I am critical of how well a medical centre treats their patients from the first point of contact through to their treatment program and post care progress. It is easily apparent that Dr Rod Parker and the rest of the team at Hillarys Medical Center strongly value and uphold the principles of providing a high level of patient care. The administrative staff (reception) are courteous, polite, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. The nurses are attentive, thorough and very considerate of any discomfort you may be experiencing. The waiting area is bright, comfortable and calming. There appears to be a constant stream of patients attending at any time.

Dr Rod Parker is an extremely talented, very knowledgeable and confident doctor. He is gently spoken, extremely caring, thorough and probing during his examination and does not rush you. He will unhesitatingly go the extra distance to ensure his patient’s comfort and well being. You comfortably feel that you have his full attention.

By way of recent example, Dr Parker is treating me for an elusive ailment and had me undertake several tests, none of which provided a definite conclusion of what may be triggering my condition. That troubled Dr Parker such that he telephoned me the morning following my last consultation to suggest and discuss a further test that might shed some light on the cause. Such is the level of care and concern from Dr Parker that he would continue to be thoughtful of my case even after my visit.

I unhesitatingly recommend Dr Parker to anyone who may need medical care or may even be seeking an alternative assessment and treatment of their existing medical condition.

Don’t hesitate pondering whether you should entrust your medical care to Dr Rod Parker at Hillarys Medical Centre. Just pick up the phone and make a booking. Your life and wellbeing can only improve thereafter.

WARNING - If you are struggling with mental health don’t see Dr Barry Leonard.

When I was at my lowest and having suicidal thoughts Barry Leonard displayed no empathy and gave me no support. If it wasn’t for the amazing support of my family I may not be here today after opening up and trying to get support from Dr Barry Leonard.

It’s sad that mental health is still not taken seriously by a good number of GP’s who simply don’t understand what it’s like to struggle with depression.

Has been my regular for 15 years. Dr Fiona is the best doctor, she goes above and beyond, makes you feel comfortable and knows her stuff. Grateful I found this place all those years ago.

Every time I come to this place. I am made to feel disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. Even for a private health place they charge way to much for poor service. Today I went in for my final time. Wasn't allowed to sit inside. Had to sit outside in the cold for 20mins. Being brought inside then seen after a 1hr 1/2 in a spare isolated room. Barely checked and was told Panadol with sort me out. Went for a second opinion somewhere else. I have a chest infection and tonsillitis and are antibiotics. This is not the first time Hillary medical centre has let me down.
