I have known Dr. Hill for some 10 years and she has been my G.P. for the past 7 years. Since acquiring her practise in Elanora, she has surrounded herself with a friendly and dedicated staff. I would certainly not be the only one of her patients to be able to state that she has possibly saved my life, due to her extensive experience, diligence and intuition. Patricia is one of the “old school” doctors who still provides the time necessary to evaluate and treat her patients, regardless of her consultation schedule. It is my pleasure to recommend Dr. Hill for her thoroughness, compassion and integrity.

Dr Trish has known our family since our daughter was small. She is a true family doctor. Dr Hill and the team at Hill HealthWise deserve more than 5 stars. I’ve been a patient for around 5 years and can honestly say they are incredible. A real family medical centre, just like years gone by. Warm, welcoming, caring and compassionate with first class all encompassing health technology for a GP clinic in 2024. Highly recommended

Dr Lauren is so professional and one of the best Dr’s I have been a client of. So sad to hear that she is leaving. The practice has undergone a lot of changes over the years with the new owners. Not sure if I will continue to be a client of this practice since now moving to a private GP clinic. Even being on a low income health card still got charged over $60 after Medicare rebate just for a telehealth phone consultation. Have been a long standing client of the original Dr for over 30+ years.

We've been seeing Dr. Trish for a little while now, and I can't express how grateful we are to have found such a warm and caring GP. Despite running behind after what was clearly a long and rough day, Dr. Trish took the time to give my daughter the genuine care and attention she needed. She never made us feel like our concerns were too small or rushed, and her kindness really stood out. The friendly staff also informed us in advance that she was running late, which was very appreciated. It's rare to find a doctor who truly puts their patients first like Dr. Trish does. Highly recommend her practice!

Trish is the doctor you always dreamed to have but assume they no longer exist in this day and age. She is attentive, nurturing, funny, patient, very personable and you can tell she genuinely has your best interests at heart. She is also open to alternative methods of healing which is so refreshing. Trish has been our family's doctor since 2013. We feel very blessed our paths crossed all those years ago.

I have moved to Ballina and still drive up to Hill HealthWise. Dr Trish is the epitome of the true Dr who wants the best for her patients. She is generous and understanding. This flows through the whole practice, the staff are wonderful.

Dr Carlisle does not mince words and I enjoy his direct no ~ nonsense approach. I feel he has a very commonsense approach to my various health concerns and I have always felt that he considers his course of action towards my treatment, with care and professionalism.
The support staff in this Surgery are ALL efficient, pleasant people who are always a positive part of turning up here .
Occasionally, I wait 30 minutes to see Dr C , ( sometimes it’s immediate!) but 30 mins to me is completely acceptable given that some patients take more time than others . Some practices I’ve attended have made me wait 2/3 HOURS so 30 mins is no problem. In today’s world, some people get so annoyed if they’re made to wait ten mins and I think that’s a narrow way of understanding the differences between patients. Definitely recommend Dr Carlisle and this practice!
