My experience at the clinic was truly exceptional. The doctor was not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and proactive in addressing my concerns. The staff, from the front desk to the pathology team, were all incredibly professional and welcoming. It was an outstanding visit, and I will definitely recommend this clinic to others!

We went to Highlands health centre to get the results from a test. The booking process was flawless. Got an appointment almost straight away. Very pleasant surprise. Saw the reception and got seen by the Dr Perera who was very professional and friendly. Could not fault him and his exceptional knowledge and detailed approach. Went back to reception to be seen by the new practice Manager ,Alexa.
What a lovely friendly lady. Very enthusiastic about the whole new approach to the practice in support of the doctors and bringing on new staff to make sure all clients have nothing but the best service and need to go no way else to be cared for.

What a great experience. We had nothing but the best I have but good things to say about this practice and the great staff. Thank you Alexa.

I had a wonderful experience at the Highlands Health Centre recently. The staff were all professional and efficient. Grace the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me with all my questions, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. Requested a copy of test results over five weeks ago but still waiting. On my first attempt to ask for them (4 more calls since then) I spoke with a hostile receptionist who sighed when I asked and I felt like I was hassling her. Rang back to organise a Telehealth appointment with usual doctor and was told they don’t offer it at all. After asking receptionist that she check with my usual doctor she rang back friendlier and booked it in. Also found out that my doctor did not believe in hormone treatment, but waited till the second appointment to tell me that it didn’t align with her personally held views. Unfortunately, she kept this from me in the first visit despite that being the main reason for my going in. All up this is enough for me. Nurse was only one happy to be there.

Dr Aye Mon is a lovely doctor and I go to her all the time. She is efficient and listens to all my concerns. The clinic is a bit hard to get a hold of via phone however I continue to go there because of Dr Aye Mon.
