Cannot recommend Highlands Care Services enough! I personally have only worked with Leeanne, however I the entire team have great follow up and communication when creating service agreements etc. They have short waiting periods, empathy, patience, and Leeanne is an amazing source of information. She took time to understand my needs and the reports are excellent. I have extremely complex health needs and it included my health history, medications, observations, urinary and bowel symptoms, skin integrity, recommendations, reference to my disability to show it was a disability related health condition, information about diet, dysphagia, blood sugar as necessary for myself, and a prescription for consumables. This comprehensive report was value for money and I am so glad I chose them as it will be valuable for my future NDIS plans and for my health.

WARNING - do not waste your money! Continence assessment report no better than first page in a google search. $775 for a continence assessment that didn't even physically assess the patient. Nurse didn't follow request instructions (i.e. requested the nurse speak to key people, they didn't, was asked to wait until pt got out of bath, didn't stay longer than 30mins in total). When feedback given, company tried to blame their actions on a disabled person and support worker, rather than take any responsibility whatsoever. Unprofessional, rude and most seriously of all, grossly incompetent. Have asked for reassurance that physical assessment would be completed this time, or a refund, company did not immediately respond at time of writing.
