I have always gone to this centre and been coming for 15 years and always had excellent care and service.
Yesterday needed a script for antivirals after positive covid test. My regular GP not available so I had Telehealth with Dr Amir who asked a number of questions and had my history available. He prescribed the wrong antivirals which could have had dangerous effects as I’m on blood thinners.
Chemist Warehouse questioned and I had to ring back doctor to get new script.
I rang twice and asked for Dr Amir to call me back but no callback.
I ended up going to another clinic and was prescribed the correct antivirals.
I’ll continue to see my my usual wonderful GO Dr Wen Chen but extremely disappointed in poor treatment from Dr Amir.

Waiting almost 90 minutes after my allotted appointment time is unacceptable. In the end I walked out. My time is valuable too. Keep my payment for appointment. I will look for a GP that can manage their schedule and not try and cram as many patients as possible to maximise income.

I am extremely happy to find such fantastic doctor as Dr Irina Kudriavceva. Dr Kudriavceva is the type of GP you can only read in classical books. She is very attentive and thorough. I am very happy to have her as my family doctor.

I saw Amy the practice nurse to discuss my care plan. She was easy to talk to and very thorough in documenting my needs. I always find my doctor (Dr William)and the receptionists efficient and caring.

Came here to do a drug & alcohol test as a requirement for an upcoming job, although waited more than 1.25 hours all to take a sample and do a breath test, all because there was no communication with the reception. The original receptionist at the desk to the right had told me to go to the desk to the left, sign in and wait to be called. The assessor later told me, there was no communication from the receptionist from the left to the one to the right, therefore my name hadn't been listed as "signed in" in the correct area.

Very poor in my opinion, as it should've been a procedure done in and out at about 30 mins max. Will not be coming here again.
