I wouldn’t waste your time with this dr surgery. They used to be good but they are rude especially the practise manager. Wendy is an amazing dr but unfortunately the practice as a whole is very bad. I used to go to Wendy all the time and because I couldn’t in with her one day I saw another dr there and then they told me I’m not allowed to see Wendy again which had been my dr for 10 years and I didn’t do anything wrong. They don’t care about the patients and don’t want to hear you out. Thy are so rude and make up lies. I evened up getting my records tranfered to any surgery.

Sandra from reception notified me there was a same day appointment available when I called for my sick baby. Upon telling her my baby had covid she rudely snapped and said ‘well you can’t come here then!’ So I asked what am I supposed to do? And she laughed and said ‘well I don’t know what to tell you but you’re not coming here’ so I asked to clarify that she was telling me she is refusing medical assistance for my sick baby because she has covid? She seemed to understand that she was out of line and said she would put me on hold to ask a doctor. She then came back and said the doctor said to go straight to hospital as we can’t see Covid patients. Fair enough. But to giggle and have no empathy when a terrified mother is calling about their sick child is disgusting. I was lucky enough to be seen by Ballajura doctors on that same day. Only reason I will leave 3 stars is because we have been attending this clinic since I was born and the doctors are excellent. Sandra needs some more training in the manners department I think

Worst experience, some results came in and the nurse booked me in for the same day, when I got in I was told I don’t have an appt because the doctor has to go? So unprofessional and no apology even.

I have been coming to Highclere Family Medical for 35 years and I definitely wont be going anywhere else. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Today Debbie and Julie were on and they were their normal happy selves. I see Dr Chin and he has always done an outstanding job of managing my health. When he is away see one of the other doctors and get the same outstanding medical care. To all the staff at highclere a big thankyou for everything you do, as you do an outstanding job.

Took my grandma here, she usually goes to dr. Singh but he was on holiday, so we were with dr. Chin, first we had our appointment at 3:30 but we came at 3:40, we had to wait until about 5, it is just ridiculous to have to wait that long, I understand it is busy but thats just too long, you guys have 7 doctors but only had about 3-4 doctors working between 3:30-5. And then with Dr. Chin, he was just rude to my grandma and any questions i had, he would give a blunt and like rude response. Like he made me feel dumb when obviously i don’t know what some things are. He said, “why are you querying me so much?”, like if my grandma has health problems, im gonna ask you.

I have been going to this centre on & off for years, I hadn’t been in awhile because I found a doctors a bit closer to home but sometimes I still have to go for when I can’t get into my other doctor. The doctors are great & I find reception is also good but the wait time is ridiculous, I understand that we run late but I have been left waiting for 2 + hours before. If you book at this centre don’t be in a rush because chance are you will wait past your appointment.
