My family have been seeing Dr Hasan for close to 9 years.. he is a fantastic Doctor! Today I tried to make an appointment and was quoted $70 for consult, when she confirmed my details she bumped up my consult fee to $85 because I don’t live local anymore.. we haven’t lived local for 5 years and never been charged more… have always found this particular receptionist lacking customer service skills…

Waited for 45 minutes just to be told shes running late only been here twice before and has happened both times super unprofessional just for a 5 minutes talk with the doctor and theres a full room of sick people on the lobby waiting a load of bs

The doctor who took my mothers money just to tell her he will not see her should not be permitted to practice in Australia. If not for Dee the receptionist this would have got way uglier. Dee you deserve a pay rise for the efforts you went, to try rectify extremely unprofessional behaviour on the doctors behalf. I almost made an appointment just to abuse him. Opted for this review instead. I will be contacting AHPRA. Maybe they can educate him on his obligations and good practice standards.

I rang and arranged a Telehealth for a repeat script, but Dr Hasan wasn’t available so I booked in with another doctor. This doctor had the audacity to charge me $50 for a 2 minute conversation. The call shouldn’t have even taken 2 minutes, but she had a language barrier and was potentially trying to drag it out so she could charge me. I raised my concerns with the receptionist when I was transferred through to pay this extortionate amount. It seems so dodgy, I considered reporting them to ACCC.
As a result of this, I will never return to this practice.

I've been attending this General Practice for over ten years for various medical requirements and thoroughly recommend it to anyone that needs medical assistance by highly qualified Doctors. Additionally, the reception staff are of the highest calibre. Empathetic, flexible, understanding with a natural innate caring attitude towards the patients. The permanent receptionists bend over backwards to assist patients and I'll be forever grateful. Thanks for your lifesaving help today Dee.
