My doctor left and there is no one taking new patients at the clinic. Very poor service. No options offered. No new doctors and the current remaining doctors are not taking new clients. I was told I need to go to another clinic.

I will continue taking my daughter here as the lady drs have always been a1 to her. 2 days ago I received the worst service from any Dr I've ever seen. I'd previously mentioned my issue to this Dr who showed zero empathy and seemed annoyed about it. I live 3hrs return away. and made an appointment. After waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time I was finally seen to. I mentioned the issue and they seemed very annoyed and then I was told very curtly that I should have booked a long appointment however was never told I should have when I brought it up previously and couldn't understand why a long one was necessary. I was then told pretty rudely 'I can't see you' several times and shown the door. In shock I walked to the desk , was told that it would be bulk billed (for a minute appointment?) and walked out. The office then called me a minute later and said the Dr had told me I was to make another appointment. I said I would have to check my work schedule but probably wouldn't given what I just experienced and was upset. If this is the treatment you get when you genuinely need help I won't be back. I was extremely down but managed to get an appointment at another surgery. I was served in 10 minutes and the lovely male Dr actually showed empathy and did the referral I needed in around 10 minutes. This proved to me the other Dr just couldn't be bothered with me and my issue and that I was treated like dirt to get rid of me.

Shocking service from the front desk, particularly one woman who was very condescending. Hit and miss with the GP’s as well. Constantly re-booking appointments and excessive waiting times, even for a GP clinic. Do not recommend.

I don’t recommend this place.
I have been to several doctors here and the service is sub standard for a private clinic. You will get better service from bulk billing clinics.
Appointments almost never run on time.
The reception staff have been rude to me on several occasions (completely unprovoked, not for any reason).
The most recent experience was I asked for a simple carers certificate. I had to take the day off to care for my son and when I questioned them because the wording was wrong in the certificate, they made me out to be difficult. I think they just couldn’t be bothered to change it.
I was asked to wear a mask because my son had a snotty nose (no problem wearing a mask but where is the common sense with that?) the sick patient no mask, but the well person to wear one?
When I asked about a rash that my son had, they automatically jumped to the conclusion that he had hand foot and mouth because he had started daycare, but only weeks later did the doctor acknowledge it might be something else and prescribe something.
The attitude of the medical staff and doctors here is not worth it.

I see Dr Karen Snook and the care she provides is just outstanding and all the team are so caring. If you want quality care don't go anywhere else. Amazing people who actually take the time to care. 5 stars just isn't enough.

I am a dissabled man and had a fall sunday evening and woke in massive pain and think i have afractured rib .
When i went in for appiontment mon arvo could not walk for pain .
Wanted xray and was told for the pain and disscomfort i was in they would ring me results . No calls on tues i called twice still no calls back after told they will call . After 3rd call had nurse ring me who sounded anoyed with me for trying to find out if i have broken bones . Asked for medical cert and told can only get 1 week . Asked for strong drugs for my back and told thier policy is no to give out oppiates . Please dont go there I wasted 160 dollars to be told you cant have the drugs you need for you pain or the medical cert that i need . Dont go to Hermitt Park Surgery . Appauling
