We once again ventured to our spot for a long weekend getaway. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff were very accommodating in getting us to our room earlier than check in. This time we were given the retreats across the road. These were quite bigger in size but had a few signs of wear and tear. Overall, would return again but would try to book the stand alone cabins instead.

I stayed in Wellness Villa #4 for 2 nights for my birthday. Gorgeous location. The Villa is really luxurious with a king sized bed, double vanity, double shower and spa bath. Cute little kitchenette and fireplace is a nice touch. Only a 2 minute walk away from the Hepburn Springs. It’s worth paying extra for the sanctuary experience as you get access to all pools and the steam rooms. I paid extra for the wellness bar (for the wellness villa) so you get a cute little care package and also things you can put into the spa to make it extra relaxing. Perfect place for couples or for solo travellers. Each Villa has an allocated car park right next to it. I even got contacted prior to get asked my preference of milk for the room and what oil I’d like for the diffuser. Spotify was playing relaxing music as I arrived on speakers and the television has Netflix available you just need to remember to log out. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and a selection of T2 teas and hot chocolate. Very impressed. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back in the future

I had an amazing Spa Retreat for 2 nights. Staying in the villa was beautiful. All the added extras were a treat (glass water bottle, muesli, essential oils and bath milks / scrubs). The accommodation was truly outstanding.

The baths themselves were great, but only because I paid for the upgrade to the adult only area; otherwise the general area is pretty basic.

The massage treatment was exceptional.

The most perfect birthday weekend!
We booked a package which included a nights accommodation and a day at the spa plus a bunch of extra treats such as roses, wine and chocolates waiting for me at check in, which I absolutely loved.
The room was huge and a great layout, the spa was incredible and fireplace a great winters touch.
Only a short drive to all the shops and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the springs.
Can’t wait to go back ♥️

Our first getaway post covid and it was highly disappointing. When we arrived we were initially impressed but soon noticed many issues. Ants were crawling all over the wall by the spa, modesty covering in the toilet was ripped and damaged and wine glasses still with lipstick stains in the cupboard.||||It was a hot day (36degrees) and the room was unbearably hot. The cooling was blowing but not effective. Eventually we noticed the gas fire had been left on and the remote wouldn't work to turn it off. Called reception multiple times for help but rang out every time. After finally finding a dial on the actual unit we got the heater off, but it was too late to cool the room down and only got some sleep once the cool change came overnight. ||||We found it strange that check in was across the road in the bathhouse reception and to contact anyone you need to dial an outside line to receive no assistance. ||||Sitting inside at night, looked up to see the lights swarming with bugs despite not windows or doors being open. ||The place is in need of some maintenance- the back door doesn't slide, strip lighting covers on the stairs were falling off and coffee table was so rickerty a gentle breeze could break it. ||||It was a far stretch from the relaxing, romantic carefree night away we were hoping for. Needless to say, we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone!

The spa was a enjoyable feature of the accommodation unfortunately the sealing around the spa was cracked. The villa are advertised and priced as 5 star rated they are not. The villa we stayed at was poorly maintained dirty walls, dusty curtains, cup and glass stains on surfaces from previous guests. Glasses and cups not clean and glasses mismatched. Generally the villa need a deep clean.
There was one saucepan for cooking no other pots or pans to cook with and not enough utensils.
There is no WiFi available for guests.
Overall the villa is overpriced and I would not recommend spending that much money for 3 star accommodation.
Hepburn springs is a beautiful area and well worth the visit. The staff we spoke with were very friendly and accommodating.

Husband and I visited Hepburn for our 1 year anniversary and our mini honeymoon as we weren’t able to last year due to covid. ||The location is perfect, within walking distance from the bathhouse and spa and within lovely gardens. I loved the enormous bath, gas log fire, double shower and fluffy bed. The lighting was lovely and we giggled thinking this could be the set of an adult film! ||Improvements; there was no room guide or instruction booklet but other reviewers have said they had one. The room had foxtel, dvd but we couldn’t work it out. There were no prices for the additional snacks and bath accessories so I assumed they were included. I worry now what we will be charged. We had a ground floor room and the people upstairs had a great time stomping all hours of the evening so I suggest a second floor room. ||Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but there are still a few kinks to iron out and this place will be phenomenal ||

I was very disappointed with my stay here. My room was worht over $350 a night. There was mould and bugs on the inside of window sill. You could touch it. Someone else’s clothes were also left in the cupboard s.

When I spoke about this to management they didn’t fully understand the hygiene concerns I had. They responded saying “now that the weather is becoming warmer the room will have some spring cleaning”.
