I chose Montefiore because a friend recommended them. They are great at communicating with us and explaining the complexities of Aged Care packages. The carers they have provided for my husband are excellent and are flexible, kind and always helpful. We have had such a good experience with the team that I had no hesitation in seeking their help to provide assistance for my elderly friend in Concord West. She has been very happy with the domestic assistance, the physio and the nurse services. Anne, James, Anna and Ravi and the rostering team are always easy to reach through a phone call, message or email and I have been impressed with the regular reviews we have to make sure my husband and my friend's needs are being met appropriately.

Montefiore has been providing care services for my elderly mother for the past few years. They have consistently taken Mum’s changing needs into account and have always been able to adapt as required. The office staff are very professional and helpful as are the lovely carers. My elderly male relative needed increased care to support him in his home after being in hospital. Montefiore were recommended by another elderly friend and our investigation supported this. Since mid-2022, their team has proved to be prompt, professional and caring with minimal change in personnel. We recommend their services and he plans to continue as long as possible while in his home.

We chose Help at Home by Montefiore as we had seen first hand how they cared for residence at Hunters Hill. This we feel is a wise decision as their care at Home by Montefiore seems equally caring. When we approach the management re any queries we've always had a positive response. Their knowledge in managing the govt Aged Care system for us speaks volumes. At present we have no complaints as they've followed through with all our requirements.

The Montefiore care team has been exceptional. Ravi has been extremely supportive in assisting me navigate caring for my mother who has Alzheimer’s when my father passed away. Amy’s expertise in dementia care has been second to none in supporting our family transition to full time care of my mum. I am grateful for her help and shoulder to cry on at times when we were grieving for my Dad and adapting to the new circumstances we found ourselves unexpectedly in . Andini , mums carer, is the most beautiful person. I cannot recommend this team more highly.

We have had home services with Montefiore since 2015
I think the services, like gardening & house cleaning, we receive each fortnight or weekly are satisfactory with always room for improvement. Ravi, our care coordinator, has been very helpful & always reliable with any requirements we need.
