Excellent service from the girls at the desk and from all the Doctors. Our whole family has been going to this centre for over 10 years and have never had a problem all are very helpful and friendly 🙂

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 30yrs.
I’m a retired health professional so I know how hard people work to provide us with quality healthcare and that it can go unappreciated.This is a lovely friendly clinic and I always feel comfortable and confident that I am receiving the best of care from all of the doctors here , in particular Dr Neil Cavanagh most recently.

Best doctors surgery on the Coast - the reception staff are lovely, the nurses fantastic. My husband, 3 yr old daughter and myself see either Dr Zoe or Dr Neil and never have a problem getting in. Worth the money to see Healthcare professionals that genuinely care.

I had the best experience at Medicross Helensvale! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor. Dr. Neil Cavanagh was attentive, caring, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. A special thanks to Nurse Nalata, who guided me through the entire vaccination process with kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and highly recommend this clinic!
