Mine was an ADF appointment made thru BUPA, so no choice to end up here. The female optometrist was lovely however, the front of house experience in store and on the phone later the same day was lacklustre, unhelpful, then passive aggressive.
I won't be back for any eyewear, subsidised or not.

I just had my first eye appointment in years with Andy. I said this to him at the time but I think future Customers should also know how great he was- he answered all my questions (even random fact ones), was quick and efficient, I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment and walked out feeling a huge trust in the information he gave me for my appointment, and at no point tried to "up-sell" anything that wouldn't have fit my needs. absolute 10/10 - They will be my regular optometrist from now on! The best service I have experienced in my whole life from a professional such as Helen and her team. I live in a remote area and had worst eye infection. I couldn’t just drive approx 2.5 to 3 hrs to get Clinic. When I called her office Helens staff were very curtius and gave Helens mobile Number direct to send her some photos of my eye, which I did. Helen returned my call and tried to help me over phone with whatever eye drops we had at my local pharmacy. She even offered to help me after hours and asked to keep her updated with my eye condition at night.( worth to mention she did all this for free over phone while busy with other clients and patients at her clinic)

Helen offered to see me at her clinic at anytime when I make it there next day. She gave me exception from making appointments as I live remote area and offered to just get to her safely.
I managed to get to her clinic next day and got the best service from her and staff.
I was suffering for days without night sleeps.
Helen checked my eyes and advise the issues and how to fix them. She’s such a nice lady that she even let me have a little snooze in one of her equipment rooms ( so I could rest my eyes while getting medicine treatment in eyes, and so I feel refreshed for long drive back home later). What a legend.
I must comment that this is the first clinic that I have seen the specialist getting back to her patients via her mobile regardless of hours of day. Helen might be with patients but her staff manage to get her for me every time I called or needed assistance.
Their charge is very minimal and have genuine interest about their clients and patients. The best money u will spend here !!!
Go here without any doubt and you will be as impressed as I was.
Helen has been in this industry for over 15 yrs and a true local NT spirit. Love her work and efforts are very much appreciated.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Any questions were answered by disgusting behaivour and absolutely appalling remarks. Disregarding asking professionals about genuine queries, I received products (that were fairly paid for) that weren't suited for purpose, crooked and bent. As a result, I think its a fair assumption that my business will not be continued and my recommendation will be somewhere else.
