Jo has a beautiful, calm and relaxing space, which allowed me to drift away into a deeply meditative state.
All of my senses were piqued subtly from the choice of music, aroma, feel and weight of the blanket. I felt immersed in a safe cocoon of goodness from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. Jo's reflexology sessions are a wonderful way to nurture and nourish your soul. The interconnection between the feet and the body is so beneficial and I felt incredibly relaxed the whole time.

Heel to Heal - Jo is not an ordinary reflexologist (if there is such a thing!) she holds a beautiful nurturing space, gives you the time to let go and be at one with the gifts of acupressure and to come home to yourself.
